The electronic version of The Manual is a program that manages a series of PDF files on your computer. Your license to use the Manual for one year includes the quarterly updates.

  1. There are no refunds of the licensing fees for the electronic version of The Personal Financial Planner's Manual™.
     
  2. For residents of British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland, the purchase price and shipping and handling are subject to HST. For residents of other provinces and territories, they are subject to GST.
     

Software Licensing Agreement

In consideration of the payment of a fee for an individual license for a duration of one year, D. R. Gobeil & Associates Ltd. grants to you as the licensee of this agreement, a non-exclusive right to use the electronic version of The Personal Financial Planner’s Manual for your personal and professional purposes for the duration of your license.

Only you as the licensee of this agreement may use your electronic version of The Personal Financial Planner’s Manual. As a licensee, you hereby agree to prohibit others from using your electronic version of The Personal Financial Planner’s Manual.

Under copyright law, you may not create derivative works of The Personal Financial Planner’s Manual.

D. R. Gobeil & Associates Ltd. retains title and ownership of all copies of the Software, and all rights not expressly granted. Your license is governed by the Laws of the Province of Ontario.
