3-4.	Provincial Budgets 2008
	All of the provinces have brought down their budgets for 2008. This Chapter has been updated for the 2008 provincial tax rates and credits.
4-13.	Tax-Free Savings Accounts
	On June 18, 2008, the legislation in Bill C-50 to implement the tax-free savings accounts received Royal Assent. On July 14, 2008, the Minister of Finance released draft legislative proposals to make certain adjustments to the legislation. This new Chapter describes the concepts and regulations for tax-free savings accounts.
5-4.	Registered Education Savings Plans
	This Chapter has been updated for the changes in duration limits for RESPs. The examples have been updated.
8-2.	Forms of Ownership
	This Chapter has been rewritten to provide further guidance on the forms of property ownership.
