Features
The Gobeil's Strategic Case Studies™ is a computer-based learning tool, as well as a test of your preparation to write the exam. As you complete each case study, you answer the questions on your computer. The Software marks your response and displays an explanation of the correct answer.
The study aid has the following features:
- you learn by doing - the questions require you to apply your knowledge of personal financial planning to a situation, so you learn how to use this knowledge, not just how to memorize definitions;
- the background information for each case study is included in a PDF file included in the Software, such that you can print the background or simply read it from your screen;
- each question has a detailed solution, explaining why the correct answer is right, and why the other answers are wrong;
- you can repeat the questions over and over again;
- the software keeps track of your answers unless you tell it that you want to repeat the case study without a record of your previous answers;
- you cannot print the questions; and
- the interactive format makes studying more interesting;
The Software requires a PC running Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
