In consideration of the payment of a fee for an Annual License for Personal Use, D. R. Gobeil & Associates Ltd. grants to you, as the licensee of this agreement, a non-exclusive right to use The Canadian Retirement Planner’s Software for one year from the date of payment.
An Annual License for Personal Use allows you to prepare a retirement plan for you (and your spouse). The license will automatically renew every year until you cancel. The retirement plan can include any number of variations of the assumptions and each variation of the plan can be saved, printed, and otherwise processed.
As the licensee, you may install the Software on any networked or stand-alone computer. However, only you, as the licensee, may use the Software. You agree not to distribute copies of the Software to others nor permit others to use the Software.
