TERMS OF SALE

There are no refunds of the licensing fees for The Software. For residents of Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador, the purchase price and shipping and handling are subject to HST. For residents of other provinces and territories, it is only subject to GST.

Gobeil & Associates collects Personal Information about you when you voluntarily use the Website to prepare an order form, and when you complete an order form printed from the Website and fax it to us. This Personal Information includes your name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address; and study aids, courses, or software. When you fax us an order form, Gobeil & Associates collects your credit card number, expiration date, cardholder’s name, and signature.

This Personal Information will be recorded in a database, and used for billing and payment purposes and to fill your order. If Gobeil & Associates has trouble processing an order, this Personal Information is used to get in touch with you. Your Personal Information will be sent as necessary to companies who work on our behalf to provide courier, postal, or credit-card-payment-processing services. However, these companies do not have any right to use this Personal Information, except as required to perform the assigned function.

Gobeil & Associates also collects Personal Information about you when you use the Website or fax to submit your responses to an examination to us. This Personal Information is only used to provide you with your results and confirmation of successful or unsuccessful completion of a course.

Gobeil & Associates may use your Personal Information to provide you with information about our study aids, courses, and software.

Gobeil & Associates will direct telephone and email inquiries to the appropriate party in our organization for a response. Any Personal Information included with an inquiry will be used to respond to that inquiry. It will not be used for any other purpose without the permission of the person making the inquiry.
